Trista L. Foster was born in Rock Island, Illinois.  She graduated with high distinction from Saint Louis University in 2004, with a Bachelor of Arts degree with a Major in Political Science.  She received her Juris Doctor degree from Saint Louis University College of Law in September 2007.

Trista was admitted to the bar in 2007 and practices in all areas of law.

She resides in Moline, where she enjoys spending time with her fiance Nick, and her two dogs.  She also enjoys water-skiing with the Backwater Gamblers Water Ski Show Team, of which she has been a member for almost 20 years.
