Tiarr Sweere is a native of Muscatine, Iowa. She graduated with highest distinction from the University of Iowa in 1995, receiving a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a major in accounting. She received her Juris Doctor degree, with high distinction, from the University of Iowa College of Law in 1998.  She is admitted to practice law in Iowa and Illinois.  Tiarr is also a Certified Public Accountant (Iowa 1996).

In her spare time, Tiarr enjoys being outdoors, taking walks, golfing, and spending time with family and friends.
