Directions To Muscatine Office

These directions are designed to help you reach our office. We are on the fourth floor of the Central State Bank building at 301 Iowa Avenue, Muscatine. You may reach the office by stairs or elevator on the Iowa Avenue side of the building.

INTERSTATE 80: If you are traveling on Interstate 80 from the East or West, take Exit 271 for Highway 38 South. Follow Highway 38 South approximately 15 miles to the North edge of Muscatine. Continue South on Highway 38 (also called Park Avenue) to a five-way stop sign. Follow the main traffic way to the right onto Second Street and continue in the right lane past the railroad tracks and under the HON INDUSTRIES overhead to the traffic signal at Mulberry Avenue. Second Street becomes one way at this point, and you should continue straight ahead for four blocks to Iowa Avenue. Turn right on Iowa Avenue, proceed one block, and the Central State Bank building will be across Third Street on the right.

FROM THE EAST: If you are traveling on Highway 61 from the East, you will come to a traffic signal at Highway 38. The Holiday Inn and Bandag office building are on the right, and the Toyota facility is on the left. Turn left onto Highway 38 (also known as Park Avenue) and proceed as instructed above under Interstate 80.

If you are traveling on Highway 22 from the East, you will come to a traffic signal at Highway 38 (also known as Park Avenue). Turn left onto Park Avenue and proceed as instructed above under Interstate 80.

FROM THE WEST: If you are traveling on Highway 22 from the West, Highway 22 will become Cedar Street. Follow Cedar Street into the downtown area to the corner of Cedar Street and Third Street. Turn right onto Third Street. The Central State Bank building is one block away, between Sycamore Street and Iowa Avenue.

FROM THE SOUTH: If you are traveling on Highway 61 from the South, continue on Highway 61, which becomes Mississippi Drive, into the downtown area. Turn left onto Iowa Avenue at the Hotel Muscatine and follow Iowa Avenue two blocks to Third Street. The Central State Bank building will be across Third Street on the right.

PARKING DIRECTIONS

We offer free parking beside the Bank, which you may enter from Third Street, Iowa Avenue, or Sycamore Street. There is also metered parking on Third Street, Sycamore Street, and Iowa Avenue.
